"I have been involved in a homecare practice since 2004. Because of the nature of this type of practice I wanted to keep my time free to deal with patients and not with billing. In addition, I did not want the initial expense of an office staff to handle that work. I selected MCA to assist me in the billing and data management portion of my practice. Instead of having to hire staff, meet payroll, handle vacation and sick time, etc., I was able to retain the services of MCA at a small, fixed percentage of money that is actually collected. In addition, they provide document management for me. This allows me to have all of my documents and correspondence come to a centralized fax number where it is imaged and made available to me at a secure web service. I can log in anywhere, anytime and view reports, sign documents, etc. My practice now has 4 producers and each can manage their own patient load without the hassles of office work.
