Established in 2003, MCA has its principle office centrally located in Lenexa, Kansas, from which it develops and manages virtual offices for Home Care and small medical practices in several different states including Kansas, Missouri, Arizona, Indiana, Maryland and Mississippi.
MCA’s
mission is to allow each of its affiliated physician
practices and associated healthcare professionals to
focus on patient care while MCA is responsible for the
vast majority of administrative responsibilities
of each practice.

MCA contracts with Home Care and small physician practices and provides them a
“Virtual Office”, thereby enabling them to practice medicine that is both financially and professionally rewarding. MCA’s most popular services include: Revenue Cycle Management (Billing, Collections and Statements), Document Management and Electronic Medical Record. MCA also provide Insurance Credentialing, Accounts Payable and Bookkeeping.
